An unusual destination for a dream sporting holiday

AquaSki would like to invite you to discover Costa Rica. This beautiful country is often called the Switzerland of Central America. Costa Rica has a very amiable population, and is rich in exceptional natural beauty, luxuriant flora, unique fauna, and incredible lakes, rivers, and waterfalls. This is why Costa Rica is the perfect tourist region for enjoying nautical sports, as it is able to satisfy the most demanding enthusiast.

The AquaSki park, created six years ago, has for several months included equestrian activities, jumping lessons, rides around the lake, trail riding etc. Itineraries include crossing sugar-cane fields, orange plantations at the heart of which the equestrian center has been built.

Every day you can ride English or Western on very lively but docile horses. Among the best horses available, there are of course some Criollo horses which have proved very good at jumping obstacles. The equestrian activities can be combined with all the others offered by AquaSki, water-skiing and organised tours.

In the morning some water-skiing around the lake. In the afternoon a horseback ride or a few rounds of the jumps. Then, end the day at Hot Springs, at the foot of a volcano and enjoy by the water (40°C, 103°F) all the while sipping a Margarita and watching the lava flow.
