Having studied I did my degree as a designer of visual communication and worked for several years in quite a few advertising agencies.

From early childhood I was fascinated by horses and dogs and this is why I soon learned to understand their anatomy as well as their movements and expressions, which is mirrored in my drawings and paintings.

For more than ten years now I have worked as free-lance-artist and thus can offer portraits of animals in different techniques :

I draw the realistic portraits using diverse crayons with the different colours often overlining each other. Thus I can achieve the best effects of colours and structures.

Paintings with tempera takes almost as much efforts as oil paintings, for which I need much more time to work with. On the other hand the quality of tempera colours, which are processed with water but dry fast and cover each other, can't really be compared with that of oil colours.

I must have a very good and realistic presentation (photo) of the animal showing the best effects of colour and expression as well as a good overall viewto create a good portrait of it.
